I think it best you look at the ultimate price you have to pay, instead of how much off.

A dealer who lists a car at $57,000 but lets you have $5,000 off vs a dealer who lists a car at $52,000 but won’t budge on price.

They have vent sticks and hanging car fresheners. personally, i use the hanging odor neutralizing car jar.
